IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

In response to the current government guidance surroundingthe COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held withhybrid measures in place.

Committee members may take part either from the Civic Centre or remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Elected members not on the committee or members of the public will not be permitted access to the Civic Centre but may watch the proceedings via a YouTube livestream by clicking here.

Anyone who wishes to speak on the application contained within this agenda should register by email to democraticservices@southribble.gov.ukfor the attention of Charlotte Lynch by noon on Tuesday, 8 December.

All registered speakers will be required to dial into the meeting remotely.
