Notice of proposed decision first published: 23/10/2019

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
Housing numbers are a keystone of the Planning system. South Ribble is being challenged on whether it has a 5 year supply of deliverable sites and evidence base emerging through the Local Plan process is supporting a different figure to that in the adopted Local Plan. The Central Lancashire Strategic Planning Joint Advisory Committee will receive a report on this on Monday 28th October and this needs to be followed by the first available Cabinet after the JAC in the three Central Lancashire authorities.
