Temporary street closures for St Georges Day Parade (28 April 2019), Penwortham Gala (8 June 2019), Leyland Festival (15 June 2019) and Lostock Hall Carnival (6 July 2019) street processions.

 

 

Permission sought to authorise the use of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 to enable the temporary closure of the streets to allow the processions to take place.
