This decision is to be taken under the General Exception procedure, as it is not possible to give 28 days’ notice on the Forward Plan.
The Key Contracts and Partnerships Framework is to be presented to Cabinet on the 16th of June for approval and adoption so that it can be progressed in line within the time frame and deadlines for decision making in relation to the action in the Annual Governance Statement.
It has now been identified that the Cabinet report will contain commercially sensitive (confidential) information hence the need for the expedited process.
