Revokation of TPO 1995 No2

Tree Protection Order 1995 No2 was created as a result of a planning application for a double garage on the property to ensure adequate tree protection during the development, which was undertaken without incident.
Upon its creation, TPO 1995 No2 consisted of a single group of eight trees toward the eastern boundary of Whitehouse, Lindle Lane, Hutton. Of the original eight trees two were previously removed with permission from South Ribble Borough Council following an application by a previous property owner.
Both removed trees were found have been colonised by honey fungus a root pathogen.
This group order encroaches into an existing woodland order to the eastern boundary of the property which will remain in force.
The order is no-longer required as the treat has been removed.
