The funding bid was submitted in August but the decision was only confirmed on 17th November. The timescales for spending the funding is very tight, it must be spent by March and therefore it is not possible to wait for a report to go to Cabinet in January for approval – it must be taken to 16 December Cabinet.

Decision due: 16 Dec 2020 by Cabinet
