You should include any business within the Borough in which you have a pecuniary interest and whose securities exceed £25,000 or one hundredth of the total issued share capital of that body. You should also include any bodies in which you have an interest and, where the share capital of that body is of more than one class, the total nominal value of the shares of any one class.
