RESOLVED: (Unanimously)
That the application be approved, subject to conditions outlined in the report and an amendment to condition 3 that the use hereby permitted shall be restricted to a maximum of three residents (aged 8 years – 18 years) at any one time.
REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the land.
