As authorised at Cabinet on 10th February 2021, that the Cabinet Member (Communities, Social Justice and Wealth Building) approves the award of IDOX software via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Data and Applications Solution (DAS) framework.
Reasons for decision
The award of this contract demonstrates best value for money for both South Ribble and Chorley Councils.
Other options considered and rejected
The opportunity could be openly advertised, but the Council is confident the final commercial position represents best value for money.
