Report of the Director of Planning and Property attached. Decision: RESOLVED: (Unanimously)
That
1. members raise no objection to the proposal but seek assurances with respect to the issues raised by the council’s Environmental Health department relating to air quality; and issues relating to ecology; flood risk; the Longmeanygate roundabout; and the timing of the planned works to the Tiger Junction.
2. South Ribble Borough Council requests that the whole scheme is implemented and not in a piecemeal fashion to ensure benefits across the whole area.
