RESOLVED: (Unanimously)

That

1.    members are minded to approve the applications; and

2.    the decisions be delegated to the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Planning Committee upon successful completion of a legal agreement to secure public open space and affordable housing.
