Presenting the consultation feedback and final proposals for the shared Customer Services and Revenue and Benefits Review.

  1. That the following proposals are approved:  

 

a)    the proposed shared Customer Services management restructure including ERVS request.

b)    the delivery of the shared Customer Services model.

c)     the development of the shared service as set out in the service development plan.

 

 

Reasons for recommendations

The decision will enable Customer Services to develop into a shared service with a single operating model, as previously agreed by both councils. This includes the introduction of shared service management to lead the shared vision and direction of Customer Services, and a service development outline to transform and align the service within a single operating model.
