To seek approval to accept a request by a staff member to leave under Early Retirement/Voluntary Severance (ERVS).

To approve the request to leave by ERVS which would mean employment terminates on the earliest agreed date between the employee and service manager.

Ending the employment relationship provides opportunities to create a post which best meets the needs of the service
