Nomination and Election of the Mayor for 2013/14, Councillor Mrs Dorothy Gardner It was PROPOSED by Councillor Mrs Hothersall and SECONDED by Cllr Mrs Woollard that Councillor Mrs D Gardner be elected Mayor of South Ribble for the municipal year 2013/14. RESOLVED: Councillors Mrs D and M Gardner were presented with their chains of office by the retiring Mayor, Councillor C Clark. Councillor Mrs D Gardner signed her declaration of acceptance of office and took the chair. The Mayor appointed Reverend Nick Mansfield as her chaplain for her year of office and then addressed the Council. |
