The Panel comprising of three
members of the Standards Committee meet as and when required by the
Monitoring Officer to give an initial assessment of a written
complaint against one or more named Members of South Ribble Borough
Council or a Town or Parish Councillor within South Ribble Borough
under the Code of Conduct for Members. Further details
