If the interest is not a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, but is such that a member of the public could reasonably regard it as being so significant that it is likely that it would prejudice their judgment of the public interest (as explained in the Code of Conduct) then they may make representations, but then must leave the meeting for the remainder of the item.

Appeal Decisions

An update will be provided at the meeting.

Minutes:

The Planning Manager advised of two decisions which had recently been considered by the Planning Inspector.

The first decision was for The Fields on Long Moss Lane in Whitestake, the inspector found that the proposal conflicts with the development plan and the material considerations did not indicate that the appeal should be decided other than in accordance with it. The appeal was dismissed.

The second decision was for the demolition of an agricultural building and replacement with a dwelling at Fairfield, Long Moss Lane, Whitestake. The inspector found that there would be significant harm to the Green Belt and the very special circumstances necessary to justify inappropriate development in the Green Belt did not exist. The appeal was dismissed.
