Appeal Decisions An update will be provided at the meeting. Minutes: The Planning Manager provided an update on an appeal decision regarding the proposed erection of a dwellinghouse on land adjoining 22 Cowling Lane, Leyland.
The Inspector concluded that there would be harm arising from the loss of the public open space at the junction of Dever Avenue and Cowling Lane and therefore the appeal was dismissed and planning permission refused.
